- monitoring of etiological factors of infections and infectious diseases,
- analyzing the development of drug resistance of clinical bacterial strains,
- study of the role of microorganisms in pathomechanisms of diseases,
- study the antimicrobial activity of substances of natural origin
- in vitro testing of antimicrobial agents activity according to ISO 20776-1:2019
- quantitative study of antiseptics and chemicals according to European Standard EN 1040:2005
